Level 03 — Response

GoHighLevel,
Set Up Properly

GoHighLevel can genuinely replace five or six separate subscriptions, and it is also very easy to set up badly. Most accounts we inherit have a default pipeline nobody uses, three half-built workflows, and a team quietly going back to their old spreadsheet. The platform is not the problem. The build is. We do the full setup around how your business actually operates, migrate what you already have without losing anything, train your team, and then either run it for you or hand over the keys.

What's Included

A Full Build, Not
a Default Account

✓

Account Architecture and Migration

Sub-accounts, users, permissions, phone numbers, domains and email sending all configured properly. Contacts, history, templates and calendars migrated from your existing tools with nothing lost and duplicates cleaned up on the way in.

✓

Pipelines Built Around Your Process

Stages that match how you genuinely sell, with automation attached to each transition. Not the default pipeline that ships with the account and that nobody ever adapts.

✓

Workflows That Do the Follow-Up

Instant enquiry response, appointment reminders, quote chasing, review requests after completed work, reactivation for lapsed customers, and internal escalation when something sits too long.

✓

Funnels, Forms and Calendars

Landing pages and forms built to convert, connected to booking calendars with your real availability rules, round-robin assignment where you have a team, and confirmations and reminders that reduce no-shows.

✓

Reputation and Messaging

Automated review requests with direct links, review monitoring and response, and unified messaging so SMS, email, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp conversations land in one inbox.

✓

Reporting That Reflects Reality

Dashboards showing enquiries by source, pipeline value, conversion by stage and attributed revenue. Configured to your definitions rather than the platform defaults.

How We Work

How a GoHighLevel Build Runs

Four to six weeks for a full build and migration, with your existing setup running until the new one is proven.

01

Audit and Plan

What you currently use, what GHL will replace, what it will not, and what the migration actually involves. We are honest if a tool you have is better than the GHL equivalent, because consolidating for its own sake is not a benefit.

02

Build the Foundation

Account structure, users, permissions, domain and email authentication, phone numbers and compliance settings. Unglamorous and worth doing carefully, because deliverability problems here are painful to unpick later.

03

Configure Pipelines and Workflows

Pipelines mapped to your sales process, then workflows built and tested one at a time. Every workflow gets defined exit conditions so nothing keeps firing after a human has taken over.

04

Migrate and Verify

Data brought across, deduplicated and spot-checked. We run both systems in parallel until we are confident nothing has been dropped.

05

Train, Launch, Support

A working session with your team on the parts they will actually touch, a short reference guide, and close support through the first month while habits form.

What You Get

What a Proper Build
Actually Delivers

💰

Fewer Subscriptions

For many businesses GHL genuinely replaces separate CRM, email, SMS, booking, funnel and reputation tools. The consolidation frequently pays for the platform on its own.

⚡

Follow-Up That Runs Itself

Instant replies, reminders, chasers and review requests firing reliably without anyone remembering, which is the single largest behavioural change most clients notice.

📊

One Place to Look

Leads, conversations, appointments, pipelines and reporting in a single system, which removes the daily cost of checking five places and reconciling them.

✅

A Team That Actually Uses It

The difference between a successful GHL account and an abandoned one is almost entirely whether it was built around real working habits and whether anyone was properly trained.

FAQ

Questions We Get
About GoHighLevel

It suits businesses that want CRM, email, SMS, booking, funnels and reputation management in one place, particularly service businesses with a clear sales process. It suits you less if you need deep specialist functionality in one area, or if you are already invested in tools that do their jobs better. We will tell you honestly, including when the answer is no.

Yes, and it is most of what we do with GHL. Contacts, conversation history, calendars, email templates, forms and pipeline data all come across. We run both systems in parallel until we have verified nothing has been lost.

Four to six weeks for a full build and migration. A simpler setup covering pipeline, calendar and core workflows can be live in two. The variable is usually how much existing data and process there is to bring across.

Either. Some clients want us to build it, train them and step back, which is entirely reasonable. Others want ongoing management: workflow maintenance, campaign building, monitoring and monthly reporting. We are happy with both and will not lock you into the second.

We can set you up under our agency account or work inside a licence you own. We prefer you owning it or being able to take ownership easily, because you should be able to leave without rebuilding everything.

It can build funnels and simple sites, and for landing pages it is genuinely good. For a full content-heavy site with serious SEO requirements we would usually build separately and connect the two, because that is where GHL is weakest.

We handle phone number registration and the required verification, set up email authentication properly, and configure sending limits and opt-out handling. Getting this wrong causes messages to be blocked, and it is one of the most common problems in accounts we inherit.

That is one of the most common things we are asked to do. We audit what exists, rebuild the pipeline and workflows around your real process, clean the data, and train the team. Usually faster and cheaper than starting fresh, because the data and history are worth keeping.
